The Studio di Joyce (Joyce's Office) is a bed and breakfast that will allow you to visit our wonderful city from a privileged location. We will host you in a big apartment recently renovated in a historical building of the 19th century, in the heart of the Borgo Teresiano, a few streets away from the pictoresque canal, the big Piazza Unità, the district of Cavana and real close to famous buffet and restaurants where you can relax after visiting churches and museums, or, why not, after a swim in our beuatiful sea.

We have 3 rooms dedicated to our hosts. The first one is a 45 mq area with an entrance, a private bathroom and a big bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed that we turned into a sofa when we have only 2 hosts. We call it the Suite. The other 2 rooms (Bijoux and Santo Domingo) are  comfortable and spacious double rooms, both with a private bathroom.

We are nearby to almost everything. In walking distance we have the Christian Ortodox Church, of Sant'Antonio Nuovo, the Grand Canal, Piazza Unità (Unity Square), le Rive (the seaside avenue), the docks, the Salone degli Incanti (once a fish market, today an exposition center that is really worthwhile seeing), the marina, the valdese Church of San Silvestro, the catholic church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Roman Theatre, the storical coffee shops of Tommaseo and San Marco, the Viale XX Settembre (a pedestrian shopping avenue). We are in the center of the Borgo Teresiano, close to the jewish ghetto and the district of Cavana, once a red lights district, today totally renovated and heart of city's nightlife.

The bus to the San Giusto Castle stops at 20 meters from our front door and the bus to Miramare Castle stops at the Central Train Station (600 meters away from our front door). There are trains to Venice and Palmanova that leave almost every hour. Both the Tram Station (that takes you to the hills) and the Ferry-boat Station (that thakes you to the small fisherman village of Muggia and again to the Miramare Castle) are walking distance.

We speak italian, english and some spanish.

Life is like an echo: if you do not like what you see, you need to change the message that you send. James Joyce
